Since most everyone will be traveling in to Austin from all around the country, we wanted to host an event to bring everyone together. It's a chance for us to spend more time with all the people we love the most before the big day - so if you're in town by Friday evening, please stop by for beer, wine and cocktails in the upstairs space at Lamberts BBQ to kick off the weekend!

We will begin the ceremony promptly at 5pm. Please plan to be at the hotel and seated by 4:45pm.

The wedding party will be in formal wedding attire, and it's optional for all guests. Think dark suits with a shirt and tie (or a tuxedo) and floor-length gowns, knee-length cocktail dresses, or dressy pantsuits. Emily will be wearing white. There can only be one. Unless you want to duel, wear another color.

Hot and humid, though not quite into triple digits in May. All wedding events will be 100% indoors, though the hotel has nice outdoor spaces if you find yourself needing some fresh air.

Yes! We'll have light bites during cocktail hour and a plated dinner during the reception. Come hungry!

Absolutely! Please let us know your dietary requirements in your RSVP and we'll work with our caterer to accommodate.

Most definitely. Bar tab is on us, hangover is on you. Please have a plan for getting home safely at the end of the night.

We are unable to accommodate plus ones at our wedding unless specifically indicated in your invitation. When you RSVP, type in your name and you will see all invited guests in your party listed, including plus ones.

Our reception is an adults-only event with the exception of children in our immediate family, who will be explicitly invited. All invited children will be listed in the RSVP.

There will be complimentary valet at the hotel for guests driving in for the ceremony. Just let the valet know you're there for the wedding! Please make a plan to celebrate with us responsibly.

We have a block of rooms at the venue and would recommend all guests take advantage of this convenience. Information about the room blocks along with other hotel recommendations is listed in the "Travel" section of the website.
